How to order (EN)

  1. Read all information under the “Important information” tab
  2. Click on “Register” on the homepage
  3. Choose the products you want to order
  4. A message will appear at the top with the products that have been added to the shopping cart, click on “view shopping cart”.
  5. The stand location itself says “down payment:”. This is to show that half of this can be paid later (no later than 2 months before the event) if that suits you better. That is why the amount of the down payment is mentioned during checkout for these products.
  6. After checking your order, click on “continue to checkout”.
  7. Then enter your details (if you have not already done so when registering). Make sure that you carefully fill in what you sell in the description of your products. We will adhere to this at the event and select the stands based on this. Do you want to sell food/drinks? Please contact
  8. Do not forget to check the box when you accept the general terms and conditions, and then click on complete order when you are ready. You will then receive a page with a confirmation of your order.
  9. Now be patient, the first confirmations will go out in January, the last in May. As soon as you are admitted, you will receive an email from us with the invoice. Please note: your stand is only definitively admitted once you have paid both invoices in full
